This year Cloudzer and Xerver gone with our money.
Since Oboom having issues, we have forced to left them 2 weeks ago after 3 months without payout.
Oboom said that, maybe they can pay us in March 2015.
Maybe we can back to Oboom, if they start to pay us again.

Currently Uploaded.net is the best host with their nice high rated mixed PPS/PPD plan.
They are stable since 2012.
But their service blocked in some countries.
Some of our users cannot use Uploaded, beacause that blocking reason.

We need it a stable and good host suggestion with nice PPD or Mixed plan to put it near Uploaded.

We don't want to get scammed again. We don't want to see 6 months payout delays.

Please post your suggestions here.
Let's discuss current state and near future of PPD filehosting sites here.

PS: We generally upload files between 50-150 mb size.

Dudes, I think DataFile cannot help me. Because their rates very low.
I am trying RockFile now, but they are decreasing the rates day by day.
My earnings dropping too.

I suggest you try voooh.com.
We don't promise the highest payout rates but we believe the rates are sustainable so that we can keep paying uploadrers and stick around for years to come.
Our infrastructure is scalable and we will shortly be adding 10gbit ports to the internet (not just internal).
You get 350GB storage for free users and 1TB for premium users.

Really very very low rates. 3,5 € for 1000 k?
Impossible to work with these rates. I cannot earn anything.
At least it should be 6-7 € for 1000 k.

Thanks for the feedback, this has been a general comment from many people. We re just in the process of revisiting the rates and will update them.
