Hi!

Possible one domain multiple hosts?
Because i used offshore webhosting, but sometimes offlilne. I think not 100% online offshore hosting, therefore need two hosting...

Yes, you can keep 2 copies of your site and use ns1.host1.com ns2.host2.com

Well that is the most robust option. Why not instead get better hosting?

Because i warez site, and only safe host russian, and other offshore....
I not find better safe hosting

There is also an option of cloud IPs together with a ping monitor. If your site is down with one server (you'll receive a notification from a ping monitor), you can switch the IP to another server.

use your DNS as load balancer

Just add IPs on the same DNS for @ and www

for example

215.21.131.42 @
128.93.123.12 @

the vistors stream will then split in two streams to different IP each.

keep the TTL low... if one server offline, you can remove the DNS and the vistors will go to other server.

I would start by finding a stable host, being offshore does not mean poor uptime.
