well, just because the design/style looks like anopther forum i dont understand the 1* rating.

No advertisement but Katz buttons!

I believe that every new forum gets a 1* rating at first, after some time you can ask for a rerate so don't feel bad because you've received a 1* rating its normal for new sites.

But to be really honest and harsch your forum is just another plain pink porn forum - you don't have a edge on the other forums. Find something that will make your forum the place to be.. a place worth visiting again.
Just remember that SEO and all the meta tags you want aren't important in the early stages - content is.
Without the content there isn't much to improve for the search engines.

Just one quick thing: I'm seeing double and I haven't been drinking today
You could remove one Katz button it won't affect your rating positive nor negatively, I'd remove the one above your banner

I will think about another design.

You are not seeing double but katz told me I have to add 2 buttons, the normal and the "porn" button.
