Bentink you own WebT why would you need to know his server size? Are you going to try and down play him? I'v noticed you like to do that. You should fix your server issues before worrying about others.
 
Some more info (inspirated by WarezTeacher (what I know to answer :P))

1. What hosting services do you provide?
Currently shared & vps. Although, maybe we have a dedi somewhere, just ask us :P

2. Do you provide cPanel or a similar menu-based application?
Yep, cPanel. If on VPS you can request cPanel for a $15 fee (when ordering)

3. Do you provide Agora or a similiar shopping cart application? Is it something you configure or something I have to configure on my own?
Yes, we have WHMCS. There is nothing for you to configure when ordering LOL. If you want to sell hosting (if on VPS), then you have to install it yourself ofcourse.

4. What support services do you provide?
Everything you need.

5. What are your support hours?
We read tickets 24/7. Answering time depens on the days and Staff's duties in RL 8-) (ofc you will get your answers under one day)

6. How do you charge?
Check first post/website for prices and charging cycles.

7. Do you offer SSH upon request?
We do offer SSH on VPS. On shared we don't (guess why LOL)

8. Have you disabled any .htaccess options?
As far as I know we didn't. Plutost back me up on this one :))

9. Will you ban Digg/Slashdot effect?
Sorry but WTH? :P

10. How long have you been in business?
May 2008 ^_^

11. What is the connection speed?
100mbps or 1gbps. Have to check :whistle:

SSL Issue caused that problem. Its been fixed !

Not Firewall, SSL Issue.

i have ordered the earth webhosting 1, what should i do now. when i will get my account info to access my cpanel.
