I want find similar same free service in which there online video player, important that video stored forever.

Although I see that it does not have FTP or does not put it.
No options where personalized ads are placed.

It seems that you have to pay the premium to have unlimited space.

Personalized adverts? So you are expecting to place your ads on their player and not pay a penny towards their server costs which we all know are extremely high.

The whole concept is to use their streaming service with no player adverts and place YOUR adverts on your own site and earn a large amount of ad income.

You clearly do not understand how things work, you are expecting to pay nothing for unlimited space, you know servers cost a lot of money right?
