hey jin.......okay a very big improvement from the old skin imo,
I like how the colours blend together.
maybe remove the default border from the tables(ad spots and affiliates box).
Make the logo a little bigger (wording i mean).
And fix the footer. This doesn't look too professional.

Other than that....good work
