I'm using wordpress and often have 1500-2000 users online, sometimes it can be 5000 users, anti DDoS. Quick and friendly support.

I think NL is good choice and I need it ignore DMCA and BREIN

I have worked with Coolicehost recently and they are good.. Or you can choose something from here.

You can't go to Netherland. BREIN is the netherland's DMCA
so all the nl hosts will act, if they get such a court order.
so NL is out of question.

but,
all the hosting-services i now, that offer DDOS are either US- (DMCA) or Netherland-Based (BREIN)
True, there is also OVH, which will offer this on canadian and french servers, but they will honor dmca.

Anything outside Netherlands will be ok, BREIN is from netherlands.
