why i am getting this error everytime i try to register with my debit card

Indian debit cards won't be accepted by paypal.

did you add the right credit card as you given details in your paypal account

i am using debit not credit n yes it is working n details i given to them are absolutely right

paypal has stopped accepting indian cards

u have been given reason by other already that if u are indian(which i think so) it wont work
if u are doing it to verify ur paypal
than buy a vcc(virtual credit card) or get a real credit card

if you are using a card just for activation then try to get a vitrual credit card and use it for activation(easily available in various black market site)....please dont ask me where as it is not allowed here

yeah, vcc is the solution.
