Please help me for unrar and rar in CENTOS

I user CentOS 6.3 x86_64 Minimal v2
I unrar and rar file 70MB
but after I rar file 295MB
I dont understand because I unrar and rar in windown file 70MB --> 72MB
I want setting CENTOS after file rar file 70MB have <100MB

The original file may be highly compressed, php scripts usually just store data to save CPU usage (-m0) and the script may add a recovery record 10%
