wel noted few points in addition to all the points ElementSnake

1. dont think u need two login boxes

2. This wont help u grow ur site id suggest remove it

else it looks like another warez forum to me untill u do something different

As to your emails being banned i am unsure as to why. There are only 4 email addresses that are banned and they were spammers.

-Get a logo, ditch the skin

Black + Red isn't a good combination of colors specially when your header is blue,
try change it

Red Font in Black Theme is not good combination
Remove one login box
and take your website states at the bottom
