PayPal Plastic credit card you can link to paypal and withdraw?

Do you know any service online that ships plastic credit card you can link to your paypal account and then withdraw?
ePayments,paxum,okpay tested they wont accept withdraw from paypal, i need one that does and its not linked to my country.
any advice?

You should first tell us where are you from and from which country your Paypal account is. Your best choice and the easiest way is to get a Visa credit card from your bank and link it to your Paypal. You can also get someone from the forum to exchange your Paypal money to Bitcoin and then withdraw the Bitcoin trough localbitoins

Years ago, payoneer had able to link to your paypal acc but now it doesn't. I dont think PP accepts any other currency services except your bank.
