Erm... RDP is Remote Desktop Protocol, a method to control your windows server through graphical user interface. You use your Remote Desktom Client (Start > All programs > Accessories > Remote Desktop Connection) to connect to the remote server and use it as if you are using your own computer.

I am on 512kbps so RDC is laggy. On windows XP i set it to 8 bit colour but on win 7 i cant set it lower then 15 bit. Well atleast its better then VNC!

Best is using RL to download to server as my net connection doesn't matter that way

I prefer RL cause it doesn't require as much resources and it's straight to the point, I </3 RDP. phpUploader is ghey, no offense to the coders.

Honestly, it's like comparing a bicycle and a car. RDP is like a car, whereas phpUploader and Rapidleech are both bicycle. RDP is a virtualization where RL and PhpUploader are scripts. With RDP, you could do so much more, including hosting your own webserver, etc.
