According to BlaZe safe_mode is very needed (and it's non-existent alternative in PHP6) since, let me quote, "many scripts DO require Safe Mode to be ON".
That's cool, I'll just mosey on over and turn safe_mode on, on each one of my servers, then wait for all the support tickets because 99% of shit no longer works. Who needs sleep?
