PHP help: URL enter space to Static URL

Can anyone change it to a static URL like https://speed.hetzner.de/100MB.bin

and List static files

https://speed.hetzner.de/100MB.bin

https://speed.hetzner.de/1GB.bin

https://speed.hetzner.de/10GB.bin

User cant see the URLs or Change it
On list URLs page automatically download files one by one.
Add a cronjob to delete files automatically after download it (2hrs for example).
resume download automatically
