If they are not accepting any new site from now on, then why they do have whitelist apply page. They should have disabled this thing, so we can't apply.

@bharatvashist: You are wrong. They are gone far far away from their site. Just Look at their whitelist long sites list and tell how many sites are still active there.
Most of them are dead and phaze staff don't know anything about it because they are not active.
