Payza Under Fire By Homeland Security: US Based Funds Seized

MH Pillars Ltd. (commonly known as Payza) the company that ultimately acquired & replaced Alert Pay has been having difficulties recently with their American based customers. The past week has featured a circus of articles and misinformation, none of which has really gave anyone a solid understanding of what is going on. Not at least until now.
The majority of US Based Payza account holders are not able to access their funds at this time because the Department of Homeland Security has seized those funds. The total stands at roughly 36 major states at having their funds seized. Payza is currently being investigated by the FBI and other government agencies for their customers alleged “widespread involvement in criminal activities” in the United States and abroad. This is the same type of case that was launched against the Liberty Reserve owners that ultimately led to that digital currency being wiped off the face of the earth and the owners behind bars.

Initially Payza had sent out an email alerting their affected account holders of the situation. The email urged them to contact their state representatives and to launch complaints against Obopay/UltraLight for withholding funds. The email wrongfully blames UltraLight/Obopay as the reason for the funds being unobtainable:

That "news" site is making up some stuff from the information received from utah

1. It never says FBI just government agency(it could be the IRS,SEC,FTC or any other government agency that would investigate financial services)
2. The FBI is an agency in the Department of Justice not Homeland Security
