Hey Guys ,

I kind of hit the $5k sending limit on my paypal account and currently won't be able to add my bank acc to verify it & remove the limit .

Is there any other alternatives ?

* If i create a new paypal acc ( unverified ) , will i be able to receive / send money ?

Yes you can send and receive if you make a new one perfectly fine.
