From 17th June, PayPal Buyer Protection will be expanded to cover intangibles (services, digital goods, travel, event tickets and other intangible items). We're also extending the dispute claim window from 45 days to 180 days after purchase date.

Damn good move imho

Only sellers are affected for this new update ccause they need to wait more time , but transactions are completed in few days too with no change

i changed my pass and other things

This is a solid proof that UK is one of the most advanced countries as of today.

And soon most UK providers will stop accepting paypal for their services, as anybody can wake up after 6 months and claim paypal dispute. Which is pretty much impossible to win on intangible goods/services.
