PayPal sending payment problem

Hello,
I am trying to send money from my PayPal account, I get an error and after I contacted PayPal they said me that my debit card provider is not allowing the payment to go
After I contacted my bank they said that I need to register my Visa card online before I could use it for online shopping
my card provider: Axis
card type: debit card, Visa
where I can register my Visa as my bank said
I am from India

Samething happen with me....so i created Entropay acc...and loaded money with my Axis debit card..and verified my acc with entropay vcc..and now i can send money to anyone...

yea, tried it myself with a friend's account some months ago

it was successfully verified but then when he was about to send a payment the account got limited "for unusual activity" and they asked for the CC statement although the payment was sent from balance not the VCC :facepalm:
 
they won't accept that, they will still ask for a physical snapshot of credit card that was used to fund the vcc, which is kinda pointless if you're not the one who created the vcc (ie. you bought it from someone else)

I recently contacted PayPal to use my debit card, I am sure they told YES
However I'll call back again
the issue here is regarding how to register my visa card of axis bank for online use
anyone knows about it?

I just done one payment 10 min ago using entropay VCC......
There is no way you can register your Axis debit card for online..it's already enabled...
i already purchase domains from namecheap and name.com using debit card.
 
Thanks Mr Harry, if I got no option I'll go with EntroPay
Anyone knows about how to register axis visa debit card for online use so that I can try once
