Well paypal has gone gay !
It limited me on getting $100 payemnt but since I was verified I got the limit lifted in 5 minutes by changing password !
But after it, it reversed $150 of mine back to my Indian clients as they sent me personal payment and paypal has stopped it !

My balance was in -$68 and I had to ask everyone to payback !

yes i know that because they removed payment owed option from pp and hotfile is sending you as paymnet owed thats the matter if pp will monitor all payments then every those uploading to HF there will be refunded to HF so its better email to HF with Tranjaction ID
