Just click add bank account and it would tell you the steps. There are many Indians in WJ who could help you with it, I don't live in India but I am sure ICICI would work.

Hi thanks for your reply .. I tried to upload funds from bank a/c but in Add funds option in Paypal i get following error;
Add Funds Is Not Available

PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.

When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account.
 
You don't need to add founds to your paypal account..

You can simply visit the order page of whatever you want to buy and buy it.. it will withdraw money from your bank/credit account.
 
what u need to do is u have to apply , to bank (Section - 442 (B) Form) is there in case of any regional bank r indian state banks

they will accept , now u need to go to paypal solution center , enter ur bank details , and say yes , btw u need to give ur PAN No , for this , and a valid mobile no.s it will take upto 7 days , and they u will get a SMS and here u go , this is what i had !!!! :)

Edit : bank transaction can take upto 10 days to process for each transaction over 300$ , thats a worry i am having for huge deposits and withdrawl
 
@ AbaDe : Thanks for your reply. If there any other way because I cant give Pan no. . Is there any company you know who provide VCC to be made from International Debit Card with the help of that i can also upload funds to paypal. or Can you help me to get paypal $ i Need 1k $ .?
