Paypal Customer Service is bullshit

Seriously, basically what happened is
My paypal account has a fake name, i dont trust anyone
Its also limited
BUT
to unlimit it i gotta add a bank acc buyt obviously my bank acc would be under my real name.
So i created a new account requesting either a name change to my correct name or for all my funds to be transfered 2 my new paypal which has my real info.
First they reply telling me to either request a name change or make a new account( which is exactly what i did)
So i send them an email saying that.
Then they tell me to attach a bank account, when in the first email i told them this is exactly what i cant do.

past week , our pp account got the limited ,

they create a case with 8 requestes !!!

i got the shocked!

but just after resolve 3 cases , our account taken out of limited !

i don't know they are really crazy !! ,

after 180 days attach ur bank account/credit card and u withdraw ur money, but be careful u wont be able to use use the same information again nor the same credit card to attach it to another account, once attached ur done.

Well in all honsty you should have used a real name, especially when it comes to a place like paypal
