PayPal PayPal Auto-Limit

Hey WJ members,

Has anybody ever had this before. I just registered a new PayPal account, and it was auto-limited. They asked only for bank account verification & phone number verification. But still, I find it quite weird.

The reason:

'For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some
more information about you and your account to help confirm your identity.'

I ain't Indian if any of you are referring to that. I live in the UK. Also, looks like I might have to move to AP too :'(. Just that not enough sites accept AP as a payment method =/.

I got same message for my UK account. I had created it just a week ago.
