PayPal - Any Solution for ... ?

Hi ,

a friend of mine has been opened an Papal Account and he has been added his own Credit Card and account verified after some days !

after that account has been limited and PayPal asked for Proof of Address and Photo ID .

Photo ID sent and one utility bill sent as the proof of address ! but problem is that he is on Dubai and they have some kind of PO Box for most of the peoples so has no any kind of proof for address !

I dunno why PayPal wont understand this so he is looking for an solution which i thought its better to ask here for your opinions

he need this account cause he wants to request/send the money of course and he wants to withdraw the money to his Bank account time by time so what would u suggest now .

Any advice ?

send them a photocopy of your passport. it is the biggest identity proof. it will have address(i dont think PO box will be there but even if its there it doesn't matter. Whatever is written on passport is considered right) , photo and they OUGHT to take that as an address proof!

@Nitish . he sent the passport copy as his Photo ID but they dont accept that as his proof of address

Not accepting PASSPORT? its the biggest proof of anything in India atleast.. call them and make them understand! dont rely on emails if we are talking about major amount of money.

Nitish, May be they are considering His Passport as his Identity proof.
@Mecho, Ask him to produce his phone or internet bill that will Serve as the address proof.
