PayPal PayPal account limited - Help

My account[personal type] has been limited for more than a year and i wish to lift up the limitation, i tried to contact the support center but they keep sending me automated response, is there anyone with the same problem who have resolved it can help me, good suggestions are much appreciated. Should i make a new account,? thanks

No you shouldn't make a new account. Try calling them using a phone instead. Works better, or if they have a office visit them.

I suggest you calling them or send a formal letter, why were you limited?
