Hi i receive a message from webmoney and says Dear WebMoney user!
As of 19.10.2016 withdrawal to Payoneer cards will no longer be supported. You may use any of the other withdrawal methods available including instant withdrawal to any card or cards issued via the WebMoney.Cards service (https://cards.wmtransfer.com/).
