Payment gateways that accept Visa And Master card

Hey guys i have big problem at my file hos site , i use xfilesharing script and seek to make big download site but this problem stop me
as you know xfilesharing support this payment methods

and the best important methods i need are visa and master tried to contact with plumus ,2checkout which support this methods but they didn't accept me and didn't say the reason..

Visa and Master Card Gateway who can accept his site and can send money to his pocket :O

Best Method is use local payment gateway who support all this.

Like if your bank have some payment gateway etc

the problem is some sites like 2Checkout and blusnapp didn't accept my site and they support visa and master
but if local banks offer payment gateways for sites i'll ask my bank too
