Payment delays at popads

I made a payment request, and the payment was done in several hours, but now two days have passed and the payment has not been made.. The payment method is the same, I did not change it

I contacted them and sent the transaction number, but there is no response from them yet!
Is there anyone facing a problem with the payment recently?

suppot takes time to reply you should wait...
i have also submitted withdraw yesterday but i found it's cancel and the balance returns to popads account .

Why ? Do they have a problem or stumble in advertising money?
I see they make a lot of money

I think they had a problem with payment requests previously because the special support told me to contact their cryptocurrency payment officer
