pay per view chats

I am looking at having some online seminars and wanted to know if any of you know of a good pay-per-view chat program. I would like to have the option to make certain chats free.

Optimal would be one or more people to use their webcam/microphone to discuss their products or books etc. Then the people watching could chime in with their webcam/microphone of real time chat etc.

Any thoughts?
