Pastebin website

Can someone please suggest a couple of pastebin sites that are reliable and have been working for a number of years. My ISP has blocked pastebin.com so i cant use that. I've tried tinypaste but they show surveys to users which is very annoying.

So does anyone know of a pastebin thats reliable and doesn't show ads?

EDIT:

Forgot to mention that it would be great if the site supports user registration. It would be easier for me to manage my pastes that way.

I'm not sure, i started using their service yesterday and today dozens of people are complaining that they are being asked to fill a survey to view my paste. See this
