It takes 15-30 minutes to get Amazon to send you details. I have opened similar server with them and setup is instantly. Is a cloud service not a server service. That means everything is done in an instant. I don't see what all this waiting has to do ANYTHING with the datacenter.

Stop blaming the users about admin rights as not all users have abused it and the way you guys word it seems like is everyones fault. Weed out those "abusive" users and go on with your service. If you cannot identify them, then I wonder how it will be when one user abuses again (with admin or w/o rights). Sorry, but is not the users fault here is the owners. Security should be though-out.

Want me to bring a server fast up and prove to you is not the "DC" taking long?

Do you think we don't want to provide users a good service? If we had the server details we would be working on it, but in fact, the servers crashed and it isn't our fault, understood? Sometimes it seems that some of you guys just can't read.

If we provide a service with admin access, we can kinda foresee that everyone is able to do what they wanna do. But since we believed, yes we did, that all this would work perfectly, as it is, in fact, the best for all users, stop saying it's our fault. We could have done it without admin access, but we wanted to try it.

Actually, this method failed due to the users not 'cause of us.

Servers do crash. Granted. But your in a cloud service and in a cloud service, such as Amazon you do not need to wait for an "OS" reload (because it takes 15-30 minutes) to get a new server back up and running.

Your lucky your a cloud service too..learn something about Snapshots. If "users" crashed your servers at Amazon keeps earlier copies of your server settings/files the way they was by creating Snapshots. You have the ability to use them and not your users so once again is your fault and not the users.

Errare humanum est, you know that? Everyone is able to own a server, or where you perfect when you came to the world, hum? I doubt.

Moreover, it is up to us what we do. I guess restructure it all is better than creating a simple snapshot with the same failed settings.

Partly, it is our error, 'cause we gave users the chance to abuse, but now we learned. A downtime of 2-3 days isn't the world, for some it is, for some it isn't. We will recompense this, as already said.

I'm sorry but your the one bringing down "your" users as you stated for your mistakes. I am showing you the available tools that you failed to read that are given to you for free on a cloud service. If you don't want to be talked "down to" don't talk users "down to". I am replying the same attitude your responding to your users, so you have 0% right to feel offended in any way.

How do you know if there were 10-15 users on a server? In fact, there were so many users, so please do not talk about stuff you don't know, okay?

Even if it is only 30 minutes. Hamza does not have the details of the servers yet, else, he would have contacted me!

At the beginning, we thought about 10 users. It was already said that the demand was rising so we had to put some more users on a server. There weren't more than 15 users on a server. You can't count my and hamza's account on every server, as we didn't contribute to any cpu-usage.

btw: The number of users was already mentioned in this thread before, so please do not seize upon this.

I already said our service isn't a bitch. You'd better get your refund and leave our service. We do not need customers like you, that's all I have to say.

User abused, we tolerated it, but now we're changing the system, where's your problem, actually?

The only thing I have to say is that is is really sad that a "community" isn't working together. If we provide users a service with more rights, they shouldn't abuse 'em. If they do, it is our duty to change the system so that it won't happen again in future.

I wasn't able to access whmcs to refund you dude! It's not my paypal-id the money is going to, understood? Oh, pills of piliteness, good one. I am polite. I just can't tolerate certain attitudes.

We have no problem in refunding you, but the way you argued was incorrect. You said to me that you would come back if the server's would be fine again. I told you to wait since they will work again, but you started overreacting and that was enough for me.

Why should I accept mistakes? I didn't do anything. Just wait for the service to be back again.

Well guys now its getting annoying for me as well :|
It has been 3 days and havnt made any releases on my site and traffic and site/group's reputation is also going down now :|

Also I dont think DC needs to send any details coz I also just bought a temp cloud server from amazon and all details are provided instantly and even OS is preinstalled

So its just you guys stalling now, please try to understand everyone's condition as well coz we are not getting what we ordered.
There has been 2 HDD crashes (3 now I guess) already where all data was lost while I wasnt told or didnt saw anything related to it i this thread.
Furthermore there has been a total of 8+ days downtime in 15-20 days now

Hamza can you please atleast setup 1 server and send me my RDA details ? Else I will also have to quit your services and get a Cloud myself and in that case I would like a refund if I dont get the RDA in next 24 hours
 
I think Hamza and others are working on it hard.

To be honest, did guys just depand on this RDP service only?
Are there no other back-up VPS or RDP to use?

For an example as me.
I just bought a cheap VPS to do the upload.
And it's really not good to use.
But it's cheap so I can accept it during this server-down time.

Why some of customers ask refund so rush?
Is $17 really such a big money?
As me, I don't think so.

Just take another choice to maintain your daily works, instead of use some refund words to push Hamza faster.
Or you can just use PM to leave a message that you want to refund.

When they got not so busy they will refund to you.
Really think about it, $17 is not a big money worth to ruin a good discussion environment.

Just a little sense of this situation.

I do encoding and so no VPS can help me or such backup thing, only option for me is to move to another Server or Cloud till this gets sorted.

No wonder but I will still say that Hamza's service is the best I have seen but I am also getting presured from my encoders and site visitors as havnt released any episodes yet as being a encoder
