i need an help with my site.Specifically i required at moment those two little ''fixes''

1) First picture on an article (COVER) should be resized and aligned on left ...paying 5$
2) ALL links should point external (pictures,links) automatically....paying 5$

1. Easiest way (not the recommended though) is to resize through css, wrap the image in an element with a class then add this css

.element-class img {
    max-width: 200px;
}

or add a new image size and replace the current one in the theme.
