Exchange links with sites with higher page rank and comment on high pr "do-follow" blogs with your site link. That should increase your pagerank. But i dont know why people are so concerned about their pagerank. Its just a meaningless statistic in my opinion. Concentrate on your traffic and seo, thats the best thing to do.
