"P2P" Sites Officaly Banned From Clickbank

As the leading retailer of digital products, ClickBank prides
itself on offering its customers the latest and best digital products
available. Due to the ever changing status of technology and the law,
ClickBank monitors the products offered through its services. As part
of this process, ClickBank is releasing a revised "Client Contract"
today, March 10, 2009. This Client Contract, and other related
documents, will restate and refine ClickBank's commitment to quality
products, excellent customer service and compliance with all applicable
laws.

During the course of preparing its new Client Contract,
ClickBank decided to add to its existing list of Prohibited Products
any products that, in our sole judgment, encourage the unlawful
transfer of copyrighted media, such as music, movies, videos, and games
(typically known as "P2P" products). ClickBank has determined that at
least one of the products contained within the account(s) referenced
above that you promote offers such services.

Accordingly, please be advised that effective noon, April 9,
2009 (U.S. Mountain Daylight Time), ClickBank will no longer allow
transactions involving such products. Because ClickBank values its
relationship with its affiliates, we are providing you with advance
notice of this prohibition so that you may take appropriate steps to
move your existing promotons and advertisments to other product niches.

So to sum it all up with recent bann of sharingaccess, sharing nova, shareconsole and my own site sharingwire, the only one left is sharingzone, but come april 9th, 2009, if havent already done so...sharingzone will be removed from clickbank.

It was a good run for warez sites using paysites under clickbank to earn money legally but thats over now, expect the new wave of paysites under new payment processors to come most defently.

SharingWire will return oviously not under clickbank though; it will be operational again and ready for affiliates to promote it by the end of this week under a new and reliable payment processor with lots of new upgrades and addons to maximize conversion even more...look out for it

Time to move onto projects outside of "warez" scene :P, lots of money to be made from Niches by writing Articles, using PPC and Blogging.

Just use latestdownloads.net, pays weekly and totally trustable.
Can't and won't be banned ever.

I can't agree more on this one :)

RIP P2P clickbank sites

But it seems like sharingzone is still working well,I made a sale today,going to suck out every dollar out of sharingzone while there is time left.
 
People wait for Sharenation to get back. We are looking to go fully operational at the 1st of April.

<rant>I spammed about sharenation because it looks like everyone is spamming their own paysite *cough* hex *cough* jmz</rant>
