Hello Guys,
I've renewed my 2 kimsufi servers this month but still i don't have any access to those servers.

I've renewed my both servers on 7th may 2013,but still server showing expired.

Some times your payment must validate manually,
The best thing to do is call or open incident and ask for them to open your server till the commercial team approve your payment .
And the important thing is to pay your invoice atleast 72 hours before the due date to avoid such thin in future .
 
did you pay directly to them? or did you use 3rd party help?

i don't have problem so far with OVH,
they always validated my payment within 2 or 3 hours on that same day i made payment.
 
OVH is a none managed provider. They sell diffrenent levels if support.

You can not expect tier 1 support from a budget company, you get what you pay for.


How eve I have two servers with OvH Canada and never have any issues
Another thing you guys must realize is OVh is huge


For example you may use OvH France there suppor may suck,
But I use ovh Canada I never have issues.

That's another factor but also his an example.
I would try calling
 
Kimsufi has the slowest support that's why the servers are so cheap, reactivation is usually automated so just phone them.
 
I already opened a incident ticket,but they moved that ticket to support section and then no reply...last option is to call them.
I paid the invoice directly to OVH.com as you can see in image,i've paid the invoice in 7th May 2013 for my 2 servers.
