i just bought an osx86 domain with the idea of doing some sort of educational site with it. its not intended to make money just friends online. and keep it as legal as possible. the domain itself generates its own traffic however
The reason why I asked if you we're doing hackintosh in particular is cause' you said "keep it as legal as possible".
That's like asking a few buddies to make some pot brownies but to keep it as legal as possible.
And being that I may just be making assumptions with the term usage of "osx86" on these forums, it could mean anything. Maybe it could mean that you were dealing with OS X86 meaning 32 bit or some shit.
theres nothing illegal about discussing the use of mac osx on non mac hardware. whats illegal is telling people where to get it for free and install it on there pc's. especially when they dont even own a mac it kind of makes it seem like its the opposite of educational. i have legit copies of osx that i purchased. if i want to play with a disc for my own home personal use, then im not breaking any law.
and your assumptions are correct however when people see osx86 they think hackintosh. if they dont know what that is they would think its a typo. thank for the input tho
