maybe they will be back, but I don't think somebody would be crazy enough to use again a host that did want to forward uploaders infos to copyright holders. They lost their reputation forever.

as long as they won't find a host in Somalia or Burkina Faso wanting to deal with somebody already sued twice for massive copyright infringement and with assets still frozen I guess they won't be back....
