the provider is working on the speed issues and we are expecting better speeds within the next hours.
Additionally FTP should be fixed.

The upload speed is 3 - 5 mb / s since weeks. That's the worst upload speed i have ever seen. The admin didn't answer since weeks.

Send me over:
-speedtest
- traceroute
- your server ips

to troubleshoot the issue.

error with embeds. openload embeds on my website, when opening with firefox give error:

"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported"

the run fine when I click the direct link or on chrome, they work fine. This seems to be an old issue as there are many threads about it on the internet. For example,
