Click the link a few times. Sometimes it takes 3-4 clicks for me to get it to go through.

I have some users on my site that are complaining about subtitles.When they play in fullscreen mode the subtitle disappear.What is the issue there ?

My suggestion is:
Make 3 buttons - "View", "Download Video" and "Download Subtitle"
Of course the option "Download Subtitles" will be available only if the video has attachments subtitles.
Many other sites have subtitles support in their players and options for viewing or downloading video, but no one has the option to download the subtitles. Let Openload.co be the first video host with this option.

Downloading video and subtitles are two different downloads for this to prevent abuse with the number of downloads Openload will NOT pay subtitle downloading.

I think it will be a very good option and I'm sure other people would support this suggestion.
I hope this is possible and can be done.

Hi the issue with the lost stats will be compensated with a +% rates day.
I will announce this day in advance, once i can say that were technically 100% solved.
Remote Uploads are under review right now. We will try to fix any host which isnt working.
About the suggestions, i wont forgot it, were just very busy right now.

Are they using IOS devices?
IOS have own player, which dont support subtitles.
