No, is worldwide. I've ordered dedibox SC Gen2, so far so good.Speeds are ok(1gbps uplink with 150mbps guaranteed) and the payment is prorated, great alternative to OVH.

It's available internationally, but their support for international users is horrible (non existent, quite literally). Their network is also crap if you're looking to route outside EU/France; within EU it's fair, and within France it's good. But if you plan on reaching users, say, US and Asia, be prepared to see 1-10mbit speeds on a 1gbit connection.

I bought it several days ago, ordered the Dedibox SC Gen2, but delivered with 160GB. And then sent them a Ticket, and my server replaced with the 500GB disk.

More than that, network is good enough for me. 200MB/s is enough for me
