as many of you now .onion is tor website which open only through TOR browser

i ask my question quick , i know how to make new website using TOR .onion link but many website now using domain and tor link same time

example is facebook.com and their tor website facebookcorewwwi.onion

if anyone registered in facebook.com they can login using their tor website this mean their database somehow connected via remote or something

can anyone tell me which software to use to do something like this OR how or clone your forum to a tor site
