Yes, me made some changes to apache to block symlinking attacks.
Please open a support ticket and we will fix your website.
 
Just a little advise, if you have a 500 internal server error.
Remove:
Options -Indexes
Options +FollowSymLinks
From your .htacces file and it will work again.

Thankyou for posting that, I have been doing the same for many accounts.
Also, your ticket has been replied to.I need some additional information to look into the matter.
 
Again our IP got null routed.
Email datacenter.

Everything now back to normal state.

Not down, main IP address null routed.
Lately, we are getting too many spammers and DC bans the ip for this.

I'm planning to use a secondary IP for customers.
 
Whats up with My account? It says its supsended all of the sudden, and Im off on vacation and my IMPORTANT EMAIL ACCOUNT is NOT working.

Please read above posts, IP got null routed and I tried to contact DC in every single way.
But it was night there.
Also, I'd like to know your domain name so I can see who you are.
