Hosted sites and the onebesthosting.com are completely inaccessible for about a day!
No e-mail explanation or anything.

my cpanel: timed out
ftp: timed out
Either REALLY FIX it today, or I'm gonna get the refund and try somewhere else. Who can afford to be offline for a week?

We had too many problems this past week.
First, we had some problems with the network connection.The our network controller got rogue.Then, the SSH won't allow me to login.Then we had some DDOS attacks.

But now, we've fixed everything.
The network controller has been changed.
We now have a hardware firewall to protect our server from attacks.
 
Ok been on your server 2 days and have not been able to use it for 2 days.
Since you say my site is too resource intensive. Please issue a refund. Thanks.
 
Read it and as I said in pm. Sorry but 2 days on your site and it was down for 2 days.

Just refund my money... Not interested in why it happened.
