One More Scam from a Reputated Host (ScorpioHost)

Hello,

Well i would like to notify you , that the owner of Scorpio Host is a scammer.
He bought 3 dedicated servers from me, which cost around 320 Euros
and he was supposed to pay it on the 5th of this month.
But then he told me that he needs some time, so he can arrange the money
and i said ok fine, and i didnt bother him till today, as i had his phone number and he was
DJGuaravs partner, but today when i called him up, he was like i dont have money and i am not going to pay you. I am on a holiday in Goa, do whatever you want.. So i was like WTF dude.
Its almost month end and not you are refusing to pay,
so he said i dont care, do whatever you want .. lol what bullshit.

Just a small proof, that he bought servers from us.

This is the last months payment.

Well, 320 Euros is not a big deal, but how can we expect it from such
a reputated host or a old host who has been around for more than a year .

The reason for this thread is , we or Wj should do something to stop this.
Some measures should be taken. There are so many scams going on day by day.. If this is the situation one fine day, wjunction will be renamed as
"Scammer Junction" , and i dont want it to happen.


Anyways people, i would appreciate your Views over it and lol stay away from Scorpio Host (charger).

PS: I dont want any Sympathy .:P

Glenn just remove his personal info. We don't want some psycho go there and kill him. And this isn't scam. He just doesn't have any money at the moment, if he scammed you he wouldn't be replying on your messages. Shit happens.
 
Well where are the proves, any paypal payment screenshot or the msn logs?


@ Jason, lol he is having the servers, he is selling VPS and DEDI or whatever he is selling, means he is earning and if he is refusing to pay me that means he is scamming the person.

Jason, Nope he refused me to pay.
Even if he would have told me that wait for 1-2 weeks, i would have.
But instead he refused to pay, say do whatever you want i dont care and i am not going to pay. So thats the reason i had to open this thread.
Common, even i know how shit happens, and thats the reason i was waiting for him to gather money, but instead he went on a holiday with my money lol

So basically, all in all. He fucked you over? I really thought that guy had no money so he couldn't pay. But, refusing to pay is something else. There is a difference when someone say "Do whatever you want, I can't pay or I don't have the money." and "Do whatever you want, I won't pay."

And I do agree with you when it comes to the scamming part, there are every day new scam cases..
 
Yes indeed. I would never open such threads, but i have a valid reason and was forced to do so.
Anyways paypal screenshot added as proof that he is our customer.

You're naive for saying that, you're implying it's because of WJunction you got scammed.

Don't blame someone on something that happened to you, use your web smart when you make any business deals.

Just because you report a scam in WJunction, doesn't make WJunction responsible, it is because of WJunction you're able to alert other people and in many cases have the issue solved.

With that statement you imply that we accept and encourage scammers in WJunction, when we clearly don't. We ask all members to use escrow services to avoid such things, but you decide not to, to save a couple of bucks, the scam here is your fault as well, but not WJunction's.

This is a big community, a big webmasters community where thousands of dollars in deals are made every single day, whether publicly in threads or posts, or in private via PMs, the few glitches are expected, and like I said, we provide members the knowledge on how to avoid that, but they choose to ignore it.

The blame here is not WJunction, it's like blaming France because you got robbed in Paris.

If you want to call WJunction.Com as a scammer junction, then don't come to WJ. Its a good webmasters community. If you want to call it Scammer junction. then simply dont come.

I wont 100% agree to this, sometimes unintentionally you do accept them.

Also I recommend you to remove services immediately after expiration, as this happened to me too and I lost 350$, but I learned to not to hesitate ;)

Have you ever been scammed that much on WJ, personally (just wondering)? Cuz if any of the higher users do, I think they'll do things like delete all posts and everything of that user or something just to prevent the Google or the rest of the world from keep using those "dead" pages and order the service from one of the "locked" threads and get more disappointments.
