Tips to optimize content for SEO On Page.

We must study and choose the best possible key phrase for each of the pages that make up our website and develop our content around it.

Although there is no such consensus on the length of the articles, it is recommended that the web page should contain at least 300 words.

The content should be attractive and especially useful for visitors.

We should not just fill the whole page with keywords and key phrases, but we should write naturally, otherwise it neither beneficial for reader nor with Google.

It is advisable to include at least one image and describe it properly, using Alt and Title.

One trick that sometimes works is to include a video that is hosted on the same domain. Google likes video content and includes up in the search results page.

I think those were more on on-page optimization, how about off-page optimization? Do you think article writing and submission would still be good for 2013?

On-Page SEO is the process of ensuring that the search engines understand what your page is about. This is done by structuring the page around a Keyword so that when that Keyword is typed into the search box your page is seen by the search engines as highly relevant.
