Hi,
i want to buy a vps which should accept torrent hosting !
unlimited bandwith
HDD = 100 GB
Ram = 512 - 1 GB
OS: win
my budget : 20 - 30 $
(ps:i'm using Xsserver.eu which charges me 35 $ but i'm not happy with the speed)

Get yourself a vps from knownsrv.com

Using 1 of their vps as well for my site and they are just too good + the Owner is a Server Tech and knows well how about them :)

For that price you won't find any decent windows VPS.
