With your 99.9% uptime guarentee, how long downtime do you allow per month/week before you start refunding me?

Mathematically its 8 hours a year which is 45min a month, so far my VPS has been offline for 6 hours (that I know of), does that mean I get this month for free, or the entire year?

Have y'all even bother to try to visit this users website it's fully offline. Looks like they don't exist no more I would say try search around for another provider.
