I think we should give adollarhost a break and close this thread. Being a host myself I know how it is when you're not in control yourself but dependent on the DC.

He gave everybody refund or 1 month free hosting. Let's give him a clean start.

It would be the biggest favor for me....

Unfortunately, a data center in Netherlands got a massive hardware failure.
A lot of hosts like hostvassine, werzhost, and many more got there servers down.
We are one of them ,

To ensure better service we have arranged different servers and shift user accounts.
We are dealing with old data center for backups

We will inform you if we could arrange those backups.

Hope you will understand the situation.

Of course I understand I lost 400 Users and their information

Im guilty too, for not saving the Backups in a "Safe Place"
