Yes it's called "adollarhost" must be cheap ,but I pay him 5.5$ / month :( and have use it for 3-4 days ,I think 5.5$ should be enough for another host even without a dedicated ip but never let their clients down..

C'mon.. I'm boring to hear "our server will be up a few hours, soon, today etc" but it's never.. anyway I'll wait till tomorrow.. if still down I'll ask for refund !
