Hy ! me and my friend tried to use vpn service, 'cause we don't know what will be after ACTA. After few days it was good. but now it doesnt count nothing. we are not cheating or something like that. just want to bypass the isp. so vpn services wouldn't working ? and with only vpn could the people bypass isp.

What's the point of starting a thread on wjunction if the refile admins aren't bothering to check it at all? X-(
